Question 1

Is this a franchise or a dealership?

Accepted Answer

Mr Hemp House® operates as a dealership/licensing program — not a traditional franchise. Partners license the Mr Hemp House® brand, GaiaCrete™ system, Home Health Scan™, and proprietary tools under a written dealer agreement with defined territory rights.

Question 2

Why is the program called 'Partners' instead of 'Dealers'?

Accepted Answer

Many of our top operators are contractors, builders, remodelers, developers, and entrepreneurs — not traditional product dealers. The Partner label better reflects the shared mission of building a national Healthy Home™ network. The URL /become-a-dealer stays for SEO and clarity.

Question 3

How much does a territory cost?

Accepted Answer

Investment varies by population, market potential, and certification path. Visit /partner-investment and schedule a discovery call for current pricing, payment options, and ROI examples.

Question 4

Do I need construction experience?

Accepted Answer

No. Contractors, remodelers, builders, HVAC firms, restoration pros, and motivated entrepreneurs all qualify. Non-builders typically launch as Healthy Home Advisors™ using Home Health Scan™, then add installation services after MHHU™ certification.

Question 5

How are territories assigned?

Accepted Answer

Territories are assigned by ZIP code and population, with first-right-of-expansion to adjacent areas. Each Partner receives written exclusivity within their assigned ZIPs and protection from a second Mr Hemp House® Partner being placed inside that footprint.

Question 6

What training is included?

Accepted Answer

Mr Hemp House® University™ (MHHU™) access: Healthy Home Advisor™, GaiaCrete™ Installer™, Certified Healthy Home Builder™, and Master Dealer™. See /mhhu-certification and /partner-training.

Question 7

What revenue streams can a Partner build?

Accepted Answer

Home Health Score, Home Health Scan™ reports, hempcrete new construction, healthy remodeling, retrofit insulation, barndominium projects, GaiaCrete™ product sales, builder/architect/developer consulting, indoor air quality services, and water-quality solutions.

Question 8

How quickly can a new Partner launch?

Accepted Answer

Most Partners complete onboarding, brand setup, MHHU™ Healthy Home Advisor™ certification, and CRM training within 30–60 days and can begin booking paid Home Health Score via Home Health Scan™ in the first 30 days.

Question 9

Do Partners get leads from mrhemphouse.com?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Qualified Home Health Score, retrofit, and new-construction inquiries from inside a Partner's protected ZIPs are routed directly to that Partner, in addition to leads generated by their own local marketing.

Question 10

Are veterans prioritized?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Mr Hemp House® is a Veteran-Owned Small Business founded by US Air Force veteran Christopher L. Penn. Qualified veteran applicants receive priority territory consideration and onboarding support.

Question 11

Can I operate part-time at first?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Many Partners begin part-time using Home Health Scan™ and Home Health Score, then expand into installations, retrofits, and new construction once their territory pipeline supports full-time operation.

Question 12

Do Partners carry GaiaCrete™ inventory?

Accepted Answer

No mandatory inventory. Partners order GaiaCrete™ and supporting products per project through the Mr Hemp House® supply chain. Higher-volume Partners may opt into regional stocking programs as territories mature.

Question 13

What is Home Health Scan™?

Accepted Answer

An AI-powered healthy-home assessment platform with Room Scan™, Item Scan™, and Barcode Scan™. Partners run scans in clients' homes, generate a Home Score™ and Healthy Home Report™ with Upgrade Recommendations™, then convert findings into services and product sales.

Question 14

What is HempBuild Global Pro™?

Accepted Answer

The AI Healthy-Home advisor used by Mr Hemp House® Partners for cost estimating, material calculations, design guidance, HVAC recommendations, and building-science answers — built on our project, product, and code knowledge base.

Question 15

How do I apply?

Accepted Answer

Visit /become-a-dealer and click "Apply For Territory," or schedule a discovery call. We review your background, target ZIPs, and goals, confirm territory availability, walk through the dealer agreement and certification path, and outline a 30/60/90-day launch plan.
