How does the Home Health Score fit into the platform?

The Home Health Score™ is the scoring layer inside the platform. It organizes evidence about indoor air, moisture, materials, toxins, water, energy, and resilience into a 0–100 result that helps communicate priorities.

Is the platform only for hempcrete homes?

No. Mr Hemp House® works across existing homes, renovations, and new construction. Hemp-lime systems such as GaiaCrete™ and other healthier materials are part of the improvement and construction layer, but the platform starts with the health and performance of the home itself.

Mr Hemp House® is building a connected system for understanding and improving the health of homes. The platform brings assessment, scoring, healthier materials, renovation and new construction, verification, and ongoing monitoring into one practical framework instead of treating each issue as a separate purchase.

The Healthy Home pathway

1. Assess. Start with HomeHealthScan™ or a Professional Healthy Home Assessment to document the home's conditions, risks, and available evidence.
2. Score. Organize those findings through the Home Health Score™, a 0–100 framework that turns multiple categories into a clear picture of current conditions and priorities.
3. Prioritize. Translate findings into a Healthy Home Roadmap or Priority Action Plan so no-cost and low-cost improvements are considered before larger capital projects.
4. Improve or build. Address the conditions that matter using healthier materials, better moisture and ventilation strategies, lower-toxicity material choices, existing-home retrofits, or new healthy-home construction. Where appropriate, the material layer can include GaiaCrete™, hemp insulation, wool insulation, and other bio-based systems.
5. Verify. Reassess the home after meaningful improvements so changes can be documented rather than assumed. Verification can include updated observations, measurements, photographs, and score changes based on the available evidence.
6. Monitor. Healthy homes are dynamic. Indoor air, humidity, leaks, water, energy use, and other conditions change over time. The monitoring layer is designed to keep the Home Health Score and recommendations connected to current conditions instead of a one-time snapshot.

The platform is not limited to a particular construction method. Existing homes can be assessed and improved incrementally. Renovations can use the findings to guide sequencing and material choices.
