A healthy home assessment is an in-person visit in which a professional evaluates the conditions that actually shape how a house performs — indoor air quality, moisture, building materials, ventilation, thermal performance, and water. You receive real measurements, a Home Health Score, and a Priority Action Plan.
We don't just measure your home. We help you understand what deserves attention first and what to do next.

What We Evaluate
Every home is different. Depending on your home, the assessment may evaluate the following conditions — documented with professional measurements and photographs.
A. Indoor Air Quality
- PM2.5 / particulate matter
- VOCs (volatile organic compounds)
- CO₂ levels
- Temperature and relative humidity
- Targeted formaldehyde screening where appropriate
- Representative room-by-room conditions
Measurements reflect conditions at the time of the visit.
B. Targeted Contaminant Screening
- Screening focused on the sources most likely present in your home
- Selected samples where a finding warrants closer review
- Clear notes on what a screening can and cannot confirm
Some findings can only be confirmed through independent laboratory analysis, which we identify as a recommended next step rather than including by default.
C. Moisture Conditions
- Relative humidity and surface moisture readings
- Evidence of past or ongoing water intrusion
- Areas where conditions may warrant further investigation
We document moisture conditions. We do not diagnose mold visually or provide a remediation determination.
D. Thermal & Energy-Performance Screening
- Thermal imaging of accessible surfaces
- Insulation performance where accessible or documented
- Windows and building-envelope anomalies
- Comfort and temperature variation between zones
