ORANGE CITY, Fla. — Mr Hemp House®, LLC, a veteran-owned building company specializing in GaiaCrete™ hemp-lime construction, announced that it is working with the Kruser Family on the design and early planning of a healthy-home project in Sauk Rapids, Minnesota. The project is currently in the design-development and land-acquisition stage. Groundbreaking has not yet occurred, and construction has not begun.
Current Project Status
The Kruser Family project remains in the preconstruction phase. Current work includes refining the home design, evaluating land and site considerations, reviewing project requirements and preparing for future permitting, budgeting and construction planning.
The project has not yet broken ground. Construction timing will depend on completion of the design, land acquisition, site due diligence, permitting, financing and contractor coordination.
About the Planned Home
The planned Kruser home is being developed around Mr Hemp House®'s Loma design — an approximately 2,100-square-foot, two-story floor plan engineered around GaiaCrete™'s mold-resistant, fire-resistant, and non-toxic material properties. Any imagery shared for this project is preliminary design or concept rendering, not photography of a completed or actively constructed home.
